Application form. Fully completed visa form for Luxembourg and required declaration.
Original passport A valid Luxembourg identity card or a valid Luxembourg passport as proof of nationality.
Photo requirements. The photo (35 x 45 mm) must comply with the standards set by the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). The passport photo should be recent, in colour, of good quality, shot frontally, mouth closed, 70% to 80% of which are occupied by the facial image itself.
Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Health Insurance. Proof of health insurance covering international travel.
Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.
Employment Letter. An original letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. The Employment Letter must be addressed to Luxembourg High Commission If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay.
Invitation Letter. Copy of an invitation letter from family or friends in Luxembourg and a copy of the their passport and visa.
Note: A reduced fee of EUR 35 is granted to:
-Children between 6 and 12 years old.
-Nationals of Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Georgia, FYROM (Macedonia), Armenia, Azerbaijan and Cape Verde.
Note: No visa fee will be charged for:
-Children under 6 years of age.
-Pupils, students and teachers accompanying them on school trips or educational study trips.
-Third country researchers going abroad to carry out scientific research.
-Representatives of non-profit making organisations aged 25 years at most who participate in seminars, conferences, or sports, cultural or educational events.
-Family members of an EU/EEA national.
